There are two main reasons why your transaction might be failing:
1. Low Slippage Tolerance - If the price of the asset you're transferring moves sharply, it can cause a slippage error. To account for the fluctuation and resolve this issue, you need to increase the slippage.
2. Out-of-gas error - Normally your wallet will automatically adjust the gas limit based on the contract you're interacting with. In some cases, you may use up all the gas that has been allocated before the transaction has completed, causing the transaction to fail. To fix this, simply manually adjust the gas limit for your next transaction.
