Firstly, this process will only work if your transaction is either marked as "to be refunded" on IMscan, or if you see the following on Bungee -
If you see either of these things, you'll need to follow these steps, otherwise, please reach out to us either via ticket, or Discord -
Step 1 - Search your transaction on Socketscan
If you search for your transaction on Socketscan using your source transaction hash, you'll be faced with a page like this:
Step 2 - Claim Celer Refund
In order to claim your refund, you'll first need to connect your wallet, located at the top right of the page. Then, simply select claim refund and confirm the claim.
Step 3 - Verify you've claimed successfully
Lastly, you can verify you've claimed your refund successfully by checking Bungee again, where your transaction will now show confirmation you've claimed your refund.
